Experience working within private households — not only nurseries or institutions — at a level appropriate to the families we serve. This means understanding the standards, the discretion, and the flexibility that private household work demands.
Strong, Verifiable References
We speak directly with previous employers. If you have a strong track record and families who will recommend you warmly, that is one of the most important things you can bring to an introduction with us.
